Tuesdays @ 6.30am, 45 minutes

HARRI T HIT-STARTER

​

This class delivers on my signature style of exercising for a healthier, happier you.  This is a tough one, but so much fun!  

It's a circuit based class with a strong focus on padwork, but also includes strength, HIIT and core.  

All levels catered for, you just need to be able to hold pads for a partner.

£40 for a monthly 4 week block.

HARRI T STRONG MAMAS (PRE AND POSTNATAL)

These classes aren't about ‘bouncing back’, they are about building, maintaining and regaining strength so you are better able to lift the heavier weights your baby will become! It’s about getting the heart beating (safely) faster to release your feel good endorphins and it’s about doing something for you, in appreciation of your amazing body! The class is focused around a mat, with some cardio, body weight and resistance work.

The class is suitable for all pre and postnatal mamas from 6 weeks after birth (vaginal delivery) or 8 weeks after birth if c section delivery, so long as you have been signed off by your doctor for exercise.  


£32 for a monthly 4-week block (one absence permitted if notified at time of booking, to reduce cost to £24)

HARRI T FRIDAY FIRE UP

These classes are a fun, sweaty workout to build strength and cardiovascular fitness.  A sure fire way to release endorphins and have you buzzing for the weekend - reported as fact by current attendees!


£32 for a monthly 4-week block (one absence permitted if notified at time of booking, to reduce cost to £24)

HARRI T GROUP PT CLASSES

These are fun, but challenging, group PT classes with a supportive environment.  We focus on a mixture of cardiovascular and strength training, as well as conditioning.  You WILL see strength and fitness gains!  We use a mixture of free weights and bodyweight exercises, and with a maximum class size of 8, Harri is able to pay attention to each person, ensuring they are comfortable with the technique and are working hard!

The block includes a consultation, nutritional support and a weekly at home workout.   All levels are welcome; different versions of exercises are always provided to ensure they are suitable for each individual.  Just be prepared to have fun and feel the burn!
